How it works

Five steps, and none of them are a phone tree

Luv sits beside your physician's practice. You bring the question; Luv makes sure it arrives complete, and that you get an answer worth waiting for.

Step one

Ask

Open Luv and tap Ask Luv. Pick what it's about — a new symptom, a pregnancy question, a refill, a test result, or something administrative — then describe it in your own words. Weekends and evenings included.

Step two

Get understood

Luv's assistant asks the follow-ups a good triage nurse would ask: when it started, how severe it is, what else you've noticed, what you're taking. It never diagnoses and never prescribes. It listens, and it organizes.

If anything sounds like an emergency

The conversation stops immediately and you're pointed to emergency care. We never reassure you past a red flag.

Step three

Hear from your doctor

Your physician opens one clear summary — reason, onset, severity, context — with your original answers one tap away. Then they reply to you, in their own words. A person, not a template.

Step four

Book quickly

If you need to be seen, your physician recommends a visit and you get times — often today or tomorrow, because Luv members have slots held for them. Pick one. It's booked. If nothing fits, join the waitlist and we'll tell you the moment something opens.

Step five

Get care

You arrive with your insurance verified, your records uploaded and your story already told. The visit starts where the conversation left off.

Try it with your own physician

If your practice is on Luv Health, you can be set up in minutes.
