Accessibility

Health software that only works for some people isn't finished. We build Luv Health against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and treat accessibility defects as functional bugs.

What we've built in

  • Semantic HTML with real landmarks, headings and lists — the page structure makes sense to a screen reader.
  • Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus ring on every interactive element and a skip link to the main content.
  • Text and interface colours that meet AA contrast on our red palette; colour is never the only signal.
  • Touch targets of at least 44 × 44 pixels throughout the mobile experience.
  • Form fields with programmatically associated labels, and errors described in words rather than colour alone.
  • Reduced-motion support — animations are disabled when your system requests it.
  • Layouts that reflow to 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling, and that survive text zoom to 200%.

Known gaps

Uploaded documents come from other systems and may be scanned images without a text layer. If you need a document in an accessible format, contact your practice or our support team and we'll help.

Tell us where it fails

If any part of Luv Health blocks you, email [email protected] with the page and what happened. We treat these reports as high priority and will respond within one business day with a fix or a workaround.
