01 — The problem

A true story, told a thousand times

This is what one simple question costs you.

Nothing is wrong with the medicine. What's broken is the distance between having a question and reaching the person who already knows your history.

  1. You send a portal message. “Is this normal at 14 weeks?”

  2. Nothing.

  3. Still nothing.

  4. The office closes for the weekend.

  5. You're awake in the dark on your phone, reading a forum post from 2019 written by a stranger.

  6. You call the moment they open. Hold music, then a callback “within 48 hours.”

  7. Six days later you get ninety seconds — and an answer that would have taken thirty.

You weren't overreacting.
You were asking a question.

02 — How it works

The alternative

Luv Health deletes the six days.

01

Ask

Write it the way you'd say it out loud, at whatever hour it occurs to you. Evenings and weekends included.

02

Get understood

An intake assistant asks the follow-ups a good triage nurse would ask — when it started, how severe, what else you've noticed — then organises your answers.

03

Hear from her

Dr. Bhadauria opens one clear summary with your own words a tap away, and replies herself. A person, not a template.

04

Book

If you need to be seen, times appear inside the same conversation — often today or tomorrow, because members have slots held for them.

05

Get care

You arrive with insurance verified, records uploaded and your story already told. The visit starts where the conversation left off.

The assistant never practises medicine. It collects and organises — it cannot diagnose, prescribe, interpret a result, or tell you that you're fine. And if anything you write suggests an emergency, it stops immediately and points you to emergency care instead of asking another question.

In 2015 CBS News covered her delivery of a baby born at 26 weeks, still inside an intact amniotic sac — a genuine rarity. Mother and baby did well. That only happens when someone has spent fifteen years getting very good at this.

06 — Questions

Before you join

The questions people actually ask

Am I still seeing Dr. Bhadauria?

Yes — that is the entire point. Luv Health connects you to your own physician and her staff, and never routes you elsewhere.

Does this replace my insurance?

No. Membership pays for access and communication. Visits, labs, imaging and procedures are still billed to your plan exactly as they are today.

What if it's an emergency?

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Luv Family is not monitored around the clock. If what you write suggests an emergency, the assistant stops and shows you emergency guidance rather than continuing to ask questions.

How quickly will she reply?

The practice publishes its response target before you send, and you see it on screen. Overnight and weekend messages are reviewed the next business day unless the practice says otherwise. It is a commitment to effort, not a guarantee of a specific minute.

Is the assistant giving me medical advice?

No. It asks questions and organises your answers. It cannot diagnose, prescribe, interpret a result, or tell you that you're fine. Every clinical judgement comes from your physician.

Who can see what I write?

Your care team at this practice, and nobody else. Access is enforced on our servers, limited by role, and every time someone opens your record it is written to an audit log the practice can review.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from Settings. Access continues through the term you've already paid for, and your records stay in your account.
